Representatives of the BiH Ministry of Communications and Transport and Brcko District authorities agreed that the priority in the reconstruction of bridges between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia is the bridge connecting Brcko and Gunja, as well as the one connecting Novi Grad and Dvor, pointing out that the international community's interest are the proper functioning of these two bridges for the circulation of goods.

One of the main preconditions is the revitalization of the Port in Brčko, so that in the next period, activities in order to start preparatory works for the beginning of demining of the Sava river bank will be intensified, so that the project of restoration and navigability of the Sava riverbed can begin.
Technical details about the tender procedure on demining operations and its implementation have been agreed with the representatives of the BiH Mine Action Center, while the final approval for the project by the World Bank, as the main investor, should be obtained by the end of this year.
