On the occasion of 25 years of mine action in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the process of implementation of the Mine Action Strategy ‘2025’, within the project of socio-economic assistance to mine victims and their families in BiH, funded through the European Union in BiH, in hotel Ibis Styles in Sarajevo  a conference on landmine casualties was held, which also announced the completion of the European Union Project in BiH entitled ‘To earn not to get’.

The project is being implemented by the non-governmental organization Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund eV from Germany, and it included 66 mine victims and their families from 11 local communities – Čajniče, Zvornik, Doboj, Stanari, Konjic, Lukavac, Travnik, Bosanska Krupa, Velika Kladuša, Bihać and Donji Vakuf, who received non-refundable material grants worth up to KM 5,000 for the purchase of greenhouses, agricultural machinery, cultivators, livestock and various craft tools to carry out craft work.
