On September 16, 2009, during constructing of local water supply line of Rajševo, Municipality Teslić, AP mine was activated, causing the serious injury of one person.
Accident occurred in the marked area when the injured neglecting the mine danger warning, entered suspected area and tried to remove explosive device.



The injured person got severe head injuries and afterward was hospitalized in the local hospital in Doboj.
After the accident, local residents were once more warned about the obligation to respect mine warning signs and about consequences if people neglect them.
