Sixteen-years old boy, has been seriously injured in Sarajevo, village Poljine, when he found unknown explosive device.
During herding, the boy saw the device and took it. The fuse exploded, causing serious injuries to his hand.
His two fingers, had to be amputated. The origin of the found device is still unknown, especially considering the fact that the place where accident had happen is often used for herding.
Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine Action Center, once more warns people to respect instructions how to behave in vicinity of suspected devices and to immediately inform police on their discovery. [ Back ]
