Organization who apply for accreditation need to supply following documents:
1. Document certifying organization registration issued by a relevant court
2. Organizational structure
3. Operational staff and CV
4. Standing operational procedures
5. Security policy
6. Quality control policy
7. Insurance policy (for humanitarian demining and monitoring accreditation)
8. Equipment (type and number)
9. Other accreditations or certificats
10.Previous experience in mine action activities
Request for additional activity:
1. New organizational structure
2. List of additional stuff
3. Anexes and amendments of SOP for additional activity
4. Equipment (type and number)
Request for reaccrediatation:
1. Copy of document certifying organization registration issued by a relevant court
2. Organizational structure
3. Operational staff and CV
4. Standing operational procedures (anexes and amendments)
5. Security policy
6. Quality control policy
7. Insurance policy (for humanitarian demining and monitoring accreditation)
8. Equipment (type and number)
INDIVIDUALS
According to the Mine Action Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Bosnia and Herzegovina Gazzete" No 5/02) individual who apply for accreditation need to:
1. Be 18 years old
2. Have high school diploma
3. Not previously convicted against:
a.) Bosnia and Herzegovina
b.) Life,man or property
c.) Other crimes with element of violence,with gain as a motive or succumbing to base instincts
4. Document issued by a relevant health institution certifying that person is mentally and physically able to conduct mine action activities
5. Has appropriate mine action certificats
